Why Duel is our #1 pick, and where it falls short
Duel is our #1 pick for the three things we weight most at a no-KYC casino. The order is an editorial judgment, explained in how we order the list.
- Sign-up: a username and a password. Email is optional, and there is no phone number or document upload.[12]
- Cost of play: 0% net house edge on Duel Originals within Duel's limits. Slots and live games pay back half their house edge as instant rakeback, with no wagering.[15][16] Duel publishes the highest rakeback share of the house edge in our lineup: BC.Game returns 10%, Wild.io up to 10% and Rollbit 5% (20% during a one-hour RakeBoost); Thrill, Rainbet, Winna and Jack.com don't publish their rakeback rates, and BitStarz doesn't publish its cashback rate.[16][48][59][70][86][98][115][124][138]
- Payout speed: two 2026 affiliate reviews describe crypto withdrawals that clear in minutes (the evidence below).[25][26]

Where it falls short. Duel is not the lightest on KYC or the strongest on licensing. Its written policy makes full KYC compulsory for any withdrawal, and its license term ends Nov 3, 2026. Reputation is the weakest part of the case: a low Trustpilot score, controversies over the brand's conduct and a pending lawsuit. Read what to know before you sign up at Duel first. If license strength and track record matter more to you than cost, start with our BitStarz review.
Duel KYC: what the policy says vs what players report
Duel doesn't ask for ID to sign up. Its written policy makes full KYC compulsory for a withdrawal of any amount or above €5,000 in lifetime deposits; many players and reviewers report it isn't enforced on ordinary crypto withdrawals.[13][22][24]
The KYC Policy (Sep 4, 2024) also lets Duel ask for documents "at any time" to determine "the identity and location of a user". Until it is satisfied, it can restrict "the service, payment, or withdrawal". The terms of service add that if you refuse or fail to provide documents, Duel is "not liable for any resulting loss of access to your funds".[13][14]
Verification has four levels, up to source of wealth. When Duel flags a level, the wallet shows a blocking "Account Verification Required" warning. The level 4 notice reads "We require proof of wealth before you can deposit, wager or withdraw".[12]
Not every player gets through unchecked. A Mar 29, 2026 Trustpilot review reports an ID and proof-of-address request "after some deposit and cashouts", and a Sep 20, 2026 review reports KYC, voided sportsbook bets and about $900 withheld (compare all 9).[22][23] Duel's own site never promises "no KYC".[12] If you expect to deposit more than €5,000 over time, plan to verify, and read why casinos still ask for ID first.
Duel payouts, limits and fees
Duel publishes no payout time target, so the speed evidence (compare all 9) comes from affiliate review sites. casinos.org's tester reports several withdrawals, each landing within 5 minutes (tested Sep 14, 2026); SoMuchPoker describes withdrawals as "typically under 5 minutes" (Jun 18, 2026).[25][26]
No published maximum is not the same as no limit. The wallet shows a minimum per coin, and its code has states for a withdrawal limit, an anti-fraud review and an address whitelist.[12]
Duel says it does not profit from withdrawal fees; a network or processing fee appears on the form before you confirm.[12][14] We could not confirm fiat withdrawals, and casinos.org says Duel offers no way to cash out to a card or bank.[25] Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA): Duel attributes account drains reported on Trustpilot to reused passwords and missing 2FA.[12][22]
Duel's cost of play: Zero Edge and 50% rakeback
Duel has the lowest published cost of play in our lineup. On Duel Originals, a 0.1% base house edge is refunded as 0.1% instant rakeback while you stay inside your Zero Edge allowance, so the net edge is 0%.[15]
Duel's own FAQ copy puts the allowance at a $1,000 maximum bet and $50,000 wagered per day, adjustable through its "Economics Changelog". Above it the edge is 0.1%, and very large bets can face a "scaling house edge", which Duel's Edge Calculator shows before you bet.[12][15][25]
Third-party slots and live games keep half their usual edge and are not provably fair.[12][16][19] The other half builds up as a "Rakeback available" balance that you claim yourself.[12][16] There is no welcome bonus by design (Duel's "Why Bonuses Suck" page), so there are no wagering requirements to clear. Nor is there a VIP ladder; the other regular reward is hourly to monthly wager leaderboards.[12][26]
License and who runs Duel
Duel is run by Immortal Snail LLC, a Nevis company (reg. L22982).[14] Its founder, Ossi "Monarch" Ketola, says in Duel's FAQ that he ran the CS skin casino CSGOEmpire for 9+ years.[16][34] Duel launched as a beta in July 2025, per the Internet Archive, and Blask estimates $1.66B in deposits in its first 12 months, #7 among crypto casinos (Aug 13, 2026).[20][21][27]
The license is Anjouan ALSI-202411026-FI1 (B2C), issued on Nov 4, 2024 and covering duel.com only. Its term ends Nov 3, 2026, and no renewal was shown on the register when we checked on Oct 3, 2026. The register labels even expired entries "valid", so the expiry date is the field to watch.[4]
The terms of service apply Anjouan law and send disputes to binding arbitration in Anjouan, with a class-action waiver. They let Duel suspend accounts "with or without notice", withhold remaining funds "at our discretion", and freeze or transfer funds on law-enforcement or court requests.[14]
In Aug 2026, Duel declined to freeze about 230 ETH that Galaxy Digital's head of research linked to a Coldcard exploit, saying it needs official confirmation of a theft.[36] Only duel.com is on the license, although Duel's site code lists four mirror domains; lookalike "Duel" sites are common, so type duel.com yourself.[4][12]
Things to know before you sign up at Duel
- License: Duel's Anjouan license term ends Nov 3, 2026, and no renewal was shown on the register on Oct 3, 2026. Anjouan is a light-touch offshore regulator. Disputes go to arbitration in Anjouan.[4][14][28]
- KYC on paper: Duel's written policy makes full KYC compulsory for any withdrawal or above €5,000 in lifetime deposits.[13] What players report
- Reviews: Trustpilot 2.2/5 from 162 reviews (Oct 3, 2026), with recurring complaints about withheld balances and account reviews.[22]
- Lawsuit: On Sep 28, 2026, X Corp sued Duel's operator Immortal Snail LLC in US federal court (N.D. Texas), alleging bribery attempts and account takeovers by founder Ossi Ketola. These are unproven allegations.[34][35]
- Brand conduct: JTA reported Nazi imagery on Duel's streams (Sep 2026). Nazi salutes and a swastika flag at a Duel-backed Orlando fight (Aug 29, 2026) drew condemnation from officials; Duel said it was "horrified" at viewers "displaying symbols of hate". Duel's site copy uses slurs (Oct 2026). Casino.org reported industry backlash over Andrew Tate's Nov 2025 promotion of Duel.[12][28][29][30][31][33]
- Live blackjack: The live Duel Blackjack studio has been shut indefinitely since Sep 2026.[37]

Who Duel is for, and who should skip it
Duel suits crypto players in permitted countries who put cost of play first: the lowest published house edge in the lineup and no bonus strings, accepting a written KYC policy that is compulsory on paper.
Skip Duel if you want a strong license, a welcome bonus or fiat withdrawals; you plan to deposit more than €5,000; or the brand's conduct is a deal-breaker for you.
